Joe McClung has a building next to Basin Park. Turpentine Creek currently occupies it. The building has allegedly been encroached upon by Dan Harriman, who illegally tore down the old Queenie Deer House, and then pushed, cut away, chopped off parts of, and otherwise encroached on McClung’s building, McClung’s expert witness says.

After the Mayor’s carefully-enunciated statement, that “I know almost everything that goes on” in the City, progressives in the City of Eureka Springs have started The Pony Express Brigade to escape the Mayor’s “ears.”

We caught this shot at Hart’s the other day, the car of a political candidate smack in the middle of a disabled parking spot, no disabled permit hanging in the front window, no license plate signaling disabled. So little thought, so little care.
