I represent Kelly Zumwalt who owns property at 15 Amity Street in Eureka Springs, AR. Along the back of her property runs Hartman Street which is a 30 ft. Wide dedicated street. I am enclosing for your review three different surveys which describe Hartman Street. These are marked Exhibits 1, 2, and 3.
