Leswig Issued Letter of Caution by State Ethics Commission

Ed Leswig, Chair of the Eureka Springs Planning Commission, was issued a letter of caution by the AR Ethics Commission for failing to file a Statement of Financial Interest as required by law.

Money Back from the State

Eureka Springs will receive $3184 in sales tax revenues that were not sent back to the City in a timely manner, according to Lynn Barnes of the State Treasurer’s Office.
