Large numbers of Republicans denounce Senator McCain for his lenient attitude towards undocumented aliens. It wouldn’t occur to thoughtful observers that these conservatives might regard themselves as Christians, except that in exit polls they identify themselves as Evangelicals or supporters of Pastor Mike Huckabee. What are the Bible’s inerrant words on this subject?
