So wrote the state’s Ethics Commission in unanimously dismissing eleven complaints filed in 2007 against Ald. Kathy Harrison, both in her past role as Mayor and currently as a sitting member of Council.

State Water Resources Engineer Fred Morgan was in Eureka Springs on Friday, September 21, 2007, to inspect Black Bass Dam and the surrounding area. He works for Dam Safety and Flood Plain Management out of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.

CAPC Commissioner Alvin Byrd and referendum-dealer to stop a taxi-limo service, who has also previously tried (unsuccessfully) to de-seat Ald. and CAPC Commissioner Rae Hahn from the CAPC; and has otherwise worked things up into a stew if what he advocates does not prevail, has now trained his sights on Ald. Charlotte Buchanan.

After telling us to FOIA him about Municipal League Attorney David Schoen’s opinion on the CAPC’s seating of Ald. Rae Hahn, CAPC Commissioner Alvin Byrd has neglected to respond to three different FOIA requests for Schoen’s opinion. The last request has been blocked by Byrd’s email program.
